Understanding material information

Identify the material type, then review its specifications and care information.

Photographed upholstery texture. Confirm composition, colour code and model compatibility with the relevant information and sample.

The material library includes leather, fabrics, ceramic, marble, metal and stitching. Specifications vary by material: fabrics may include composition and abrasion data, while leather may include thickness and surface-treatment details. Confirm each care symbol and ask us about any information that is not provided.

Compare a physical sample

Ask about a sample in the proposed colour and view it beside your flooring, curtains and other furniture. Check texture and feel in daylight and under the lighting used in the room. Screen settings and lighting can change the appearance of colour.

Match the material to the model

Give us the product name, upholstery or finish code and intended use. Confirm which surfaces are covered and whether your chosen material is available for that model. A material-library entry does not establish compatibility with every piece.

Confirm care before ordering

Request the applicable cleaning instructions and any limits on cleaners or treatment. For an enquiry, include the selected product, material code, quantity and a photograph of the intended setting. We can then discuss the information needed to confirm the specification.
