Newport
Newport has square upholstery volumes, piped edges and slanted seam details. A lifting back mechanism offers two back heights, changing the profile above the seat without replacing the cushions. The system also includes modules with an integrated side-table surface.
These choices affect both use and layout: a taller back changes the rear view, while a table-bearing unit can occupy the place where a separate side table would otherwise stand.

- Multilayer wood frame with elastic webbing seat suspension.
- Polyurethane seat cushion covered with Dacron.
- Polyurethane back padding covered with Dacron.

- Back can be raised using a gas spring mechanism, to a maximum height of 92 cm.
- S/D01 corner element has a fixed corner back.

Care instructions
- Dry-dust the raising-back gaps and keep clear while adjusting them; do not spray, oil or dismantle the gas-spring mechanism.
- Smooth the foam-padded surfaces gently; do not beat, wring or saturate the padding.
